Rebate Standards

Decommission

This step is for existing heating systems, to be placed with in the rebate standards. All Fuel heating systems will need to be decommissioned and removed.

Rebate

Expected Cost

Each Rebate will vary depending on the size of the units installed. Your house may need more or less heating based on size overall. Expected rebates are simple to average, for instance rule of thumb is you will need

20 BTU of heating/cooling Per SQFT.

A 1800SQFT house would need about 36,000BTU

For every 12,000BTU there is a NYSERDA Rebate of Ruffley $1,200.

Rebate

House Draft

All houses need to Breath as I would like to say, your house maybe new or used. Depending on the amount of Air changes going on through your house may displace your heating and cooling this is an important measure that should never be skipped for renovations to complete remodels. We highly recommend utilizing this system.
